^ Any shop that has a NRG account can get you one. Will they is an entirely different question.

USWE packs have the huge advantage of set it and forget it harness straps. I run mine as tight as they'll go and just unbuckle for the uphill if I'm feeling restricted. Even unbuckled it moves around less than any other pack.

I had the privilege of seeing NRG's stock on USWE packs and let me tell you its pitiful. Just buy from CRC or direct. Sucks for shops but if their suppliers aren't stocking product then everyones hands are tied.

Sidenote: NRGs Chromag inventory was pitiful when I last checked as well so if a shop can't get you a chromag item I'd take it at face value.

CRC isn't carrying them anymore. They have one shown. I contacted NRG, they said that the Cove is carrying some stock, but they are the only ones.

You can find USWE on Ebay of the Cove doesn't have what you need.

Any place to see USWE packs locally?

International Motorsports usually has a couple of the moto packs.

I just grabbed this Evoc 10cc off of eBay for $89. Shipped free and is in Canada. Not many left but based on reviews it seems like a solid pack. I'll be using mine on both the MTB and Moto.

I just received my USWE pack today. First impressions are very good. It feels very comfortable. I hope to get out and give it a test this week.

^Which version did you end up with?

Take some time to get the straps setup to your liking.  Best to do with a loaded/riding ready pack.  I found I noticed the strap system on the first ride, after that it's been a non-issue.

I got the Airborne 9. Test fit in the living room felt bang on out of the package but we'll see once it's loaded up and riding.

Bumping this as I am in the market for a new pack and just happened to see that USWE has a sale on their website, up to 1/2 off some of their packs, most are around 30% off. They are still a bit pricey compared to most but the sale helps. I might even get tungsten one for Christmas.

Picked up my USWE from ebay sellers, international 'gift' shipping but if USWE.com are doing a 50% deal it can mitigate any customs costs?

I'm sold on the system but it's just the lightweight airborne3 which fits all my pack needs for 90% of my rides day and night  really does what it says.

If I had to go heavier or for longer rides, I have an Evoc freeride which is an excellent all day pack.

I got a call from FedEx today that duties/taxesetc comes out to $20 and I figure  some of that is their brokerage fee. So I'm saving about $40 over the cheapest online price I could find shipped to home and any duties/taxes/etc I would pay. A trip to Point Roberts or Blaine would have would have actually been a few dollars cheaper but in this case I'm okay paying a few bucks extra for the convenience of having it come here.
