GO for it. You'd be pressed to find a better frame for the money, and one that includes the $$$ Hadley hub, in :thepimp: gold.

I had a 2001 Team DH and it was rock solid for the 1.5 years I rode it. I now have a 2003 Team NS and love it. The 2002 is solid. I have several friends who are on them and they have been problem free since they bought them new.

Great bikes. :)

No way man, stay away from the Team DHs! They have huge problems with their ummm……. ahhhhhh…..

Well they certainly can't take drops over like errrrr I don't know, probably 70 feet, but I guess that's not really a problem.

I know a guy who hated his! (or was that an DH Team?)

Come to think of it, there is no good reason NOT to buy an 02 Team DH.

Is there any good riding there, worthy of dropping ALL that cash on a big travel bike?

Winnipeg.. err.. I would keep the bmx and save for something else.

heh thats exactly what has been keeping me from getting it.. like id be building a lot of big stuff, step downs, really rocky steep stuff, and there are some nice roof hucks around, but it can only go so far in this place :S :(

dude it that would be awesome for urban hucking and stuff theres plenty of tuff out there u dont need a big mountain for big stuff :thepimp:

BMX or Street MTB is defiently getting more wide spread hell I bought a 4 hun and I absoultly love the thing I ride it all day everyday but it doesnt provide my need for speed and air combined = hucking

I wouldn't do it(buy a big bike) if I lived out there.

I'm not exactly in the best place for a big bike either. But after i got it I started FINDING lines i hadnt seen before. Saw stuff that i was like that is too big become do able. It opens up alot. I also have a trek bruiser and dmr sidekick. and the scream is 99.8% of my riding. But im gonna go back to ht for awhile to learn more stuff then take it over to the big bike.

Good choice. But yuor right on how the bike bike opens lines that you have not seen before, whe ni got my bike bike I was seeing lots of lines that before i would just ignore.

If there isn't much big hit riding, it wouldn't really be worth getting a team dh IMO.

How about a hardtail? The BMX skills would transfer ultra quickly.
