Something not right with that bike.

Did they re-cycle the 29'er front triangle?

In my opinion, I really think that Spzd got pretty caught out with their refusal to accept 650b. It looks to me that they wanted to stymie some lost sales and they cobbled together a bike with a 29er front triangle and EVO 26er rear triangle and stuck some 650b wheels in there… I think that's why they need that headset spacer between the frame and fork. I'm betting we see a "designed from the ground up" 650b Stumpy next year.

Ride, don't slide.

Looks short and tall is right. Not an appealing bike to me. I just get the feeling that S jumped into 650b half assed. They didnt seem convinced of the advantages last year. Just seems like they threw one together for their line-up just cuz.

Especially now that 1x is pretty much here maybe they'll tighten up the rear end of the SJEVO29.

That is exactly what I keep wondering. Someone needs to put the frames side-by-side

Stumpy EVO 26er, legit bike. Would own one had they not been sold out. This bike, not so much.

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

think the camera (Motorola Moto G) is working fine, the bike does look somewhat "short and tall" especially as I'm used to 29'ers

here is a picture of me standing with the bike to give it proportion (I am 5'10" and this bike is a large size)

think you guys might like the look of this more, pulled it out of a box earlier and took 'er for a spin round the block, super impressed with acceleration and ease of rolling and its much lighter than it looks.

I hear baby blue is the new Man U away colours if they have their way, apparently people keep buying City jerseys and Man U wants a piece of the eccles cake - least according the radio sports on the CBC this morning.
