Whats the weight of the stock oil in a 02 boxxer? The 02 rock shock manual isn't on their web site, thats why I ask.

it's 10wt in compression and 20wt in rebound, thats the recommanded/stock. The maximum you can go on the rebound is 30, keep in mind the heavier the wt, the easier it is to blow a seal or valve.

I've tried everything from 10 to 30 wt. for rebound and 30 wt. kills!! Gives you the ability to actually slow the fork down some. Without it, there is very little change in damping range provided by the external adjustments.

I've run 30 wt. for two seasons and haven't had any problems with blown seals or leaking whatsoever..
