ok… here is the story… I've decided I'd like to replace my girlfriends HT frame with an FS frame… BUT… she is 5' tall… so it has to be damn small (she uses a 13"/14" HT and really needs it). I'm not to brand particular… though I am price concious and small small frames are hard to find used…
heres what I'm thinking… she is light, smooth and isn't going big (just getting into anything harder then Nicoles at SFU) so would it be best to go with a light weight frame… like a Kona XC 14"… and just build it up with her kit and a 24" rear wheel (to slack it out a bit and fit a reasonable tire… like 2.3)… or is there a not too heavy trail bike frame that actually fits that small?
Titus makes some cool 5" frames that fit that small… but they are too pricy… also… the Norco Fluid. could have worked… she found them way too long and WAY to rear heavy…
