those shomano lace / velcro lace cover shoe is an awsome shoe i want a pair. i looked at them at the store and the look bombproof. the one's i saw were not spd though like the one's above.

i have some $20 airwalks from zellars.. took out the cardboard insoles and put in real ones.. the honeycomb grip on the bottom is awsome.. im just using these untill i can use my green dvs' (currently my good shoes)
the shimano skate style shoes are awesome, stiff sole and grippy to, or orchids
