RockShox Service. Spikey Pike

I seem to have developed harsh small bump compliance and harsh overall dampening and deflection over time on my Pike. It seems to be very spikey on compression and does not handle fast repetitive hits at all any more. I read over on MTBR some others experience the same thing and one culprit may be a seal head on the damper leaking air in the the bladder or something. Has anyone else noticed any loss of smooth damping on the Pike? I have serviced the lowers three times in the last year, but not the damper.

Coincidently I have found my Monarch PlusDB to have the same issue with spike and deflection lately. I am running these on a 2013 Enduro Expert.

Who has the best RockShox service around the lower mainland, I'm looking for SW level? The last thread I found was from 2012. I know abut Fluid Function but Squamish is a little out of the way.

Fluid function will make it happen. They always have a way to get your fork to Squamish and back. Highly recommended.
