My last bike had Fox suspension which I had Suspension Werks do the servicing. My new bike has Rockshox suspension, I don't think they deal with Rockshox. I live in North Vancouver, who does the 200hr servicing that you'd recommend?

Fluid function or Dunbar / Corsa would be my suggestions.

So Whistler, Squamish or Vancouver are my options? I've heard Vorsprung and Fluid Function are great, but that's not very convenient due to travel time. Dunbar is the closest option, how's their service?

Ouch - go to wheelthing.

Jeff can turn it around in no time at all - he did my pike in 48hrs from drop off. Plus their booking system is online and plainly excellent.

He's had this message on the website for a while now:

With apologies, due to our limited capacity to deliver the highest quality of personalized service we are only working with existing customers at this time.

FF in Squamish regularly works with many North shore shops.  They’ll ship your fork

What fork and shock do you have?

Rockshox service manuals are usually available and pretty easy to follow and don't need proprietary tools (although I haven’t rebuilt a charger damper yet). I think the seal kit is usually $65, oil isn’t expensive if you get it from Lordco or a motorcycle shop, and as long as you have some patience and a space to drain and refill oil, you should be able to get it done within a couple of hours.

I’ve always done my RS forks, but I recently did the rear shock too and it wasn’t much more difficult. I did have to buy one $12 adapter, but it was still cheaper to do myself.

I have the Lyrik Ultimate and Super Deluxe Select +. I've done the 50 hr service on both fork and shock and is quite easy. It's the 200 hr service I'd get the experts to do. You get your oil from Lordco/Motorcycle shop, do you get suspension oil from them? Is there a performance difference between Rockshox oil and other oil?
