Hey guys. I've been looking for a lighter fork to ride than my dirt jumper (5.5ish lbs) and I stumbled across the Revelation, which is 3.6lbs. My question is, do you suggest it for dirt/park riding? Thanks for any responses.

You can have kids, but like stocks, some fail big time.

i dunno where they got 3.6, more like 4 or so but anyways…

its a great fork but for park riding and dirt jumping I'd probably look at the Pike first unless you're really light. Not saying the Rev wouldn't work, but thats not really its intended purpose

Also another bonus of the pike is the super short axle to crown height. The Revolations are fairly long

The Rev is only 11mm taller in a2c height. And it's super easy to space the RS air forks down to shorter if wanted for a bike like that. The Rev has the supposedly beefier bushinged lowers now as well, compared to the Pike.

(at least for the new 20mm axled variety)

Either fork should be fine, though you can likely get a cheaper deal on a coil Pike, if that matters.

Well they can be lowered, can't they? It's either this fork or the velvet.
