hopefully someones faced this. just putting some new pivots/bushings in my 09? v1 rune. picked up the new kerronite axle/bushing set. the problem is the new axles have a little tab at the bevel that I believe is supposed to stop the axle from rotating in the links so just rotates in the bushing. my links don't have the slot for that tab to recess into. should I just file a groove in the link for it to recess? should I try to remove the tab from the axle(looks like possibly to have a bonding agent)? cheers. new v2 on the way so want to freshen the v1 for a sale

When I did it on my Rune I went to my LBS and they actually filed the groove into the swingarm…lol.
^^nice. got up the courage and dremelled some notches.tense moments but worked fine. not something I wanted to screw up. one in shock link. one in bottom link and one in the swingarm. tight and smooth. took awhile though
