i bought the Lev about 3 months ago. works flawlessly so far. 150mm version. i pray to dog that it carries on this way as i see it as the pinnacle of posts, the bomb, the cats ass, the bees knees, and as far as i'm concerned, i don't see a point of improvement. i'll never glance at another post again. i expect 10 flawless years of operating perfection out of it.

I have 481.3km on my KS Lev and it is still flawless.

Around the mountain trail in Kimberley last weekend.

is going big on a bike the only way to get you stoked on the sport? what happened to riding with your bros, travelling, and riding unique places, to get people stoked on riding?

fines are useless. there needs to be more punches to the throat.

I have 1st gen Reverb which was supposed to be the problem one, but it's been running flawlessly since day 1 for over 2 years now. I've been almost expecting it to fail because of all the reports I hear from others, but it keeps on ticking :D

Ive put almost 1000km on a black collar Reverb with no issues

I got a silver collar Reverb when they first came out and that was problematic like many of the orginal ones were, but after it was sent in for no charge service it has been good as well. That one has to have 700km on it

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

My year old Reverb shit the bed for the 3rd time, thankfully this last time right before the 1 year warranty was up. What sort of maintenance do people do on their Reverbs?

Being cheap is OK. Being a clueless sanctimonious condescending douchebag is just Vlad's MO.

Tip's for you peeps with the lev. Unscrew the collar and put some grease under there. It'll slowly work its way through the system. Mine (purchased oct 2012) was under greased and started feeling shitty throughout the winter. I used Buzzy's Slick Honey.

Also, put some tape or a zap strap around the red lev plate/cover. Mine blew off. There is some air that moves throughout the system that can send it into oblivion. KS was kind enough to replace it for free though.

My Reverb has worked flawlessly for 18 months now with zero maintenance - if / when it dies I plan to go KS Lev but hopefully that won't be for a long time.

I do really like that the Reverb is fully black - wish the KS was too.

This is the sort of question asked by someone who doesn't own a dropper post. My Gravity Dropper has a bit of play in it, and it isn't even remotely noticeable when riding. If you are on the fence about buying one because of this issue, then ignore it, get a dropper and never look back, they will absolutely change the way you ride.
