Anyone know of place that will recycle bike tires? I've got a pile that I would hate to throw into the landfill. They wouldn't be good enough to take to Our Community Bikes either.

If you don't like the Devil, you can also drop them off at Kal Tire for free.

Kal Tire is on Brooksbank, around the corner from the Devil's house, and thier used tire trailer is full of the Devil's tires.

Kal Tire also takes old car tires for free - you don't have to throw them in the river anymore.

i'll take em. there are a few logs rides where they could be cut up and used for traction material.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

dammit mark, I was going to offer them for that wall ride, but I've heard it's still waiting to be finished so I left you out of it.

heckler, but how do you get more traction from worn tires that need to be replaced because now they lack traction, that is the question. ;)

I think the shiny chrome mesh grille that I took from a black H2 parked dt van. while I was drunk will work much better on trails for traction. Tell me it ain't so? I say we recycle those tires :P.
