I gotta share a great (and first) experience with the team at SuspensionWerx. I got sent over to them today for help finding a replacement pivot pin for the rear shock on my all mountain bike. These things come in all sizes and I was having a hard time finding what I needed.

These guys were awesome - helped me right away when I came in but didn't have the size I needed. So..James MADE what I needed, right then and there. Probably a simple thing for him, but a huge time saver for me and unexpected as I anticipated it being a part they would need to order in (which also would have been ok). Minor service but will keep me going back there for as long as I ride stuff they can fix.

Go check these guys out if you have not already!

Looking forward to sending my fork in as well. Have only heard top notch reviews from anyone sending their stuff in to them

I'm happy to get outside and enjoy nature while I can, but I fear for the future of humanity

They're nothing but a bunch of liars! …when I took my fork in to them, they said it'd be ready in a week, but then had it fully serviced the next day.

My shock blew up a few rides after it was rebuilt there, so I brought it in and they informed me it was a faulty seal and replaced it on the spot in about 1.5h, for free.

A few years ago when the postal strike was on my shock was stuck in transit, SW stepped up and offered me a free loaner. Great guys down there!
