I just put a new OneUp ring and shimano 12spd chain on my hardtail. The chain did not like the OneUp ring. The ring was too thick for the chain. The chain would stick to the ring. Anyone else have this problem?

I assume you ordered a 12-speed specific OneUp ring? If you are trying an 11-speed ring, then your problem would make sense.

Their website is a bit confusing as they have 'replacement rings' which also say they are 12 speed compatible, which I am guessing they arent.  Maybe you got one of these?

The bag said 12spd. But they may have miss bagged it. Great idea. I will look into it.

Looks like they are aware of the issue. They have this write up under the 11spd rings. Shimano 12spd must be tighter.

Compatibility: All Switch Carriers; 9, 10, 11 and 12 Speed SRAM Chains (not compatible with XTR 12 Speed)
