I really like the Telonix as a rear winter tire…it's great for the trails on the Island…I am thinking maybe a Excavator next year…we'll see.

The High Roller II in the front and a Telonix or better, an Excavator in the rear would be an awesome set up.

I thought 'your' tire was designed as a rear? You saying it makes a better front that rear?

My favourite Dukes of Hazard character was Cooter. Coincidence? I think not.

Simon, depends on the conditions dude!

Duncan, its good front or rear but if you reeeeeeally need a 'plow' then an Excavator as a rear tire would be good. The HR2 makes a better front tire than an Excavator does in the front though. Just the way it was designed.

damn you… :o now i have to go buy all these to try them… ohh well, cheapest first… my 1/2 season beatdown minion DHF 3Cs… the middle is getting pretty buff without any snipes left and all the cornering knobs are undercut and round… definitely a new front tire then!

you must work for a tire company! hehe…

Who are they for? What I mean is, they aren't available to buy yet.

I just tossed a conti' kaiser on the rear of my hard tail, either I'm a weakling (true) or a little extra rotational weight makes a huge difference. think I'll keep my eyes open for something a little more suited for my needs. till then I'm in training ;)

not a bad tire though. different bike I might like it more.

Just a speculative fiction. No cause for alarm.

I would seriously consider the wicked will for whistler…if is a gooey glue compound, 2.35 size, and dual ply. I have a bit of time but would like more time on them except there arent any super hardpacked bermy trails around here…which is what they are made for. So i think whistler would be perfect for them.

I think we're going to do a soft launch around July, so the general public should be able to buy the High Roller II then.
