You can get pretty close with a metric tape measure or ruler. Digital calipers are your best bet.

As shoreboy says, you can get close enough with a ruler. If you're struggling then we can get in touch with Norco for you, though we find it's a much more efficient method to have the customer check their own bike if we need confirmation for the sizes.

Oh and regarding price - we're £12 per bushing, so £24 a pair + £4 standard shipping (£8.80 tracked courier). £28 comes out as $52 CAD/$40 USD - nice and cost effective! :) We're actually lower cost than any competitors in fact.

Ordered a couple sets of these in the past. Once from the Polish dude on eBay and once from offsetbushings. Both of good quality and durability.

I self-measured with a metric ruler. Not rocket science. Both came to me and fit accurately. This means: 1. I can measure with a ruler; and 2. They can take measurements and machine properly.

For one bike (older Banshee Scythe) it was the bee's knees. Huge notable difference. In the other (older Banshee Wildcard), the difference was negligable in overall performance and actually made the bike feel weird. Ended up only using the top bushing for that bike. Likely not worth the investment.
