Slackens your bike by changing where the shock sits slightly without altering travel.

Have installed them, have used them, have had zero issue. Do exactly what they should do. Good simple quick fix to update your geo.

I made some for my bike (hint: They are a total bastard to make ;)) and they work fine. The only downside I see, is that they slacken your seat angle too. My bike feels lower, slacker and more awesome when riding, but the slacker seat angle makes it climb much worse.

I made some at work myself for my Giant Trance. As someone who doesn't care much about climbing, I thought they were great. I was pretty surprised at how much they changed the ride. This is likely because my expectations were low to start with, but the made a pretty good bike for AM riding into a great bike.

I did it on my knolly. Trusty raceface XY post backwards.

The nice thing about this setup is for park days I slide the seat all the way back in the rails
