NSMB find me a used DH frame - large

So now that I'm on this tear of bike building and maintenance I figure I might as well tackle the DH bike. The frame I have now is way too small - old Devinci Wilson and I'm just looking for a frame as my parts are decent/good so there's not point in getting a whole bike for how often I take the thing out. I'm considering a budget of up to $600 or so, and there are a couple of Rocky Flatlines out there in my price range (2013, 2011).  Are the flatlines decent as an occasional park bike or are there better options out there considering what I'm after.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

They're all cracked, man. And if not then about to. Look elsewhere.

I know what I'm talking about I watched the protos welded up and come back.

new 2018 GT Fury with Rockshox Vivid R2C

or

new 2015 Diamondback DB8 with Fox Van RC

or

2012 Intense M9 with Cane Creek DB coil (needs rebuild tho)

or

2010 Scott Gambler - full bike with FOox 40RC2 and DHX5

all pretty much at the same price point

????

GT.  Since it's the newest.

yeah, kind of my thinking too. the Gambler is tempting tho considering the parts spec and price.

There's no way that an 8 year old 40 doesn't have worn stanchions. $400 minimum, and then you have to look at the rest of the bike... nope.

I'd be more concerned about what's inside tbh.

Edit - I should say actually just say that it's highly unlikely that it doesn't have worn stanchions.

Went with the GT Fury, brand new 2018 frame. Looks like I have another bike to build up

Smart choice, newer is always better with DH bikes given the abuse they take and the Fury has modern geometry... plus new shock is one less thing to go wrong, old DH shocks = risk of blown damper at any moment.
