Something that popped up on my google https://bikepacking.com/gear/mone-light-bar-review/
Good find. I would love one of these - perfect. Price is hard to swallow once shipping to the UK is added unfortunately. Ohhh you tease Marty.
They are nice altho I like the curvy shape of the Whiskeys better tho. Also i'm still not convinced carbon bars will tolerate my ham-fisted mechanicing.

I like the sweep, I like the look but I'm always conscious of how much compliance they would have after having a few too stiff carbon bars and a steel bar would also probably be too stiff as well ? And yeah, any cackhanded mechanicalness on carbonium always keeps me sweating the details
Looks nice. Nice rear wheel / pedal lean.

Correct fork and 29er wheels finally on. And 9km on it. Need to replace the dropper cable and housing and most is done.

So many awesome bikes in this thread :)
I was riding Friday thinking how it felt like spring. Well Mother Nature wanted to remind me it was still winter in Canada. I swapped the smaller platform pedals back in. I went for my first trail run this week since I broke my toe 5 months ago. Despite being apprehensive my foot felt fine. So I figured the smaller pedals would be okay. I liked the larger platforms a lot, but they did result in more ground contact which was mildly annoying. The higher rise bars and longer stem felt good sitting and standing. Glad I made the change.
Don't let this photo trigger you. No derailleurs were harmed. Honest. The riding was great with lots of traction despite the snow and I managed some first tracks which always makes me happy. The forecast looks rainy and warm so I suspect this snow will be gone soon.
Nice shot. Love the picturs where you can feel the cold and smell the forest, I can hear the snow and squeaky sole slipping on that wood too

Only one short ride so far but felt pretty good. I usually ride aggressively over the front and this definitely needs that. If I sat back a bit, it felt like it would get away from me.
Need a few more rides for a definitive answer though
I’ve been following this thread for quite some time and really enjoy it. I’ve been wanting to chime in, but have no idea how this works! (Not even sure if this is gonna work…)
Would someone mind explaining how to reply to posts and also post pics, please? Not sure why, but I can’t figure this out!

I browse NSMB from my computer 99% of the time. I just hit "quote" on your post to get the text above. If I wanted to post a photo I'd hit the "insert image" icon in the tool bar above and use the URL where the photo is hosted. If the photo is just on your computer you'll need to upload it to a hosting site like Flickr [or similar] and then copy the URL that directs to it.
