This is my second offseason in a row riding an old Kona 26" hardtail while waiting on my Chromag. This year, the Steely which handles kids towing duties, gets an upgrade to a new Deore 11-42 drivetrain, 150mm Marz 44 rc3ti's, and even a dropper post. The Steely is actually a pretty nice platform 67* with stock 130mm fork, low bb, short chainstays, quite progressive for a 2011 model.

I still ride an old Stylus with 26" wheels. And will probably continue to do so as long as there are parts available. Money is indeed an issue.

Although I really lust after 27.5" wheels on bith my hardtail and my park bike.
