To be honest, I haven't even really thought about the spacers - I'm a bit on the tall end for a large frame (within range, but high end of it), so maybe the shop built it with that in mind. Is this a faux pas or something? I am too fragile to handle criticism.

Nah. I'm tall too and ran a ton of spacers on my Knollys. Their head tubes are typically a bit short.

A few trails are opening in Kamloops and Savona. Went for a quick rip in Batchelor Heights, testing out my new NOBL 33mm rims on Onyx hubs.

My bike is now 30lbs, 2oz with a coil shock (as pictured).

They're mostly ridden by old school guys. It's usually their first single crown fork after an 888 so they have to jack the bars.

Never seen one without flats either.

Old school - Check
Flats - Check
Spacers - 1 single 10mm spacer. Perfect riding position for me on my Warden.

Spare no expense on details of mounting rubber on the NOBL rims or of the Onyx hubs!

Did you get the hubs direct from Onyx?

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

can't get much more unique than that bike. been intrigued by the Onyx hubs- are they as amazing in real as they seem on paper?

Nope, they are actually NOBL branded hubs made by Onyx. A slightly different profile on the flanges unique to NOBL. We are going to be selling these on some of our builds.

Instant engagement is something else. A little weird to get used to because there is no hard engagement at all. You can feel the slack in the chain. And the hub is deadly silent as its a sprag clutch instead of using pawls.

Yeah I have to line up the tire logo with the valve stem. I'm a little OCD with set up.

Yes. They make all other hubs feel like cheap department store hubs. Came off some i9's which are really good hubs. Not even in the same ballpark.

Is that a Wreckoning? I am interested in getting a Following, but am having a hard time swallowing the exchange rate and possible duty right now as I cant find any Canadian dealers. Did you get yours from Fanatik, or is there a better way?

Wreckoning.
I got it from Fanatik. They helped me do a shock upgrade. The exchange rate was eye-watering but there wasn't really another bike in the running. I was waiting for Devinci, YT or SC to produce a competitor but none delivered.
