This thread is dedicated to the full suspension mountain bike. The bike you ride up and down the hills regardless of wheel size.

Use this thread to post up your bike regardless of wheel size, the number of chainrings or if you use a dropper post; discuss these machines to your heart’s content.

Feel free to share some details on your set-up, weight or whatever makes it special to you.

My Rune as it is currently built. A few changes are on the horizon.

I have a few new items for my Rune this year and will likely be swapping to 11 speed in the near future.
I can’t wait to bolt these up and get them dirty.

This will anchor my 2015 trail bike build (or whatever its called these days). Full parts swap from my 2014 build except for a new as of yet undetermined dropper post. My first yellow bike for what its worth.

Finally got around to taking a photo, now that the mud is gone. (added 2015-03-09)

Shot of my nomad from pemby today. Typical X01 build, but I've swapped out to NOBL wheels on i9 hubs, saints, 203mm front rotor, 35mm stem.

2014 Trek Slash 8.

Upgrades:
- Maxxis HR II 3C
- XT Cranks

Probably the most versatile bike I've had. Great on steeps and technical. Drop the front travel, and climbs like a goat.
Love the 27.5 wheels

I got a 1by set up so I'll post up once the conversion is complete. Hopefully this shaves a pound off the build!

exactly the same as last season, although the chain has probably stretched a little and theres a few more scratches. Remains the best bike I've ridden in 17 years of bike obsession. I'm probably missing out on 1x drivetrains, 27.5 wheels and enduro colours but don't know/don't care. Still hauls ass against all odds :)

only changes will be new pedals, perhaps a dropper post before an upcoming trip to Utah for a few weeks of riding in April…and looking at some narrower tires to drop more weight and rolling resistance when these ones wear out. Not pictured is XT brakes, those Avids were shit!

Just got this guy for cheap on account of it being 26", alloy, and no enduro colours.

Started swapping over the hardtail parts last night. The plan is to use silver accenting (hope hubs, stem, other small bits).

Pedaling around in the snow yesterday.

New hoops, new tires (always), fresh builds on all the uppie/downie bits, plus new hardware throughout. It will need a new drivetrain pretty soon as I am dropping chains far too frequently lately.
