Of the guys I ride with that have Honzos (quite a few guys) most have bought them frame only.

Definitely heavy, but a lot of fun for under $500.

You building yours up Singlespeed???

Definitely no SS for me. I need gears to get me up the hills. Now that I've seen he new XT stuff, I'm heavily leaning towards it.

New Canfield aggressive 29er carbon hardtail.

Hoping to throw my leg over one of these soon. I like the Nimble Nine so this could be very fun.

i am excited by prospect of having this bike reviewed with the surface as even an implicit basis of comparison!

I would like to see Canfield EPO vs Chromag Surface vs Kona Honzo vs something aggressive and titanium.

3 dream machines in 3 different materials vs the frame I'm probably going to end up with unless the comparison were to indicate the best bang for your buck didn't come from the cheapest option.

Style reminds me of my frame, except I only paid 154 dollars for mine…500 seems pricey, is it carbon or something?

Stanton in the UK makes a ti 650 frame.

PB reviewed the cromo version here:

A friend recently bought a 26" ti frame from them.

Not carbon. Where did you get an aggressive steel 29r hardtail from for $154?
