Chromag Show N Shine tonight in Whistler.
Too bad I miss it again this year:(
Hopefully someone from here goes and posts up some ha-whips!
Why slag free swag?

i sense a strong chromag alumni connection. and: damn, that's sweet.
Miss Marlowe FTW! I refuse to grovel/bribe and/or create elaborate booths for votes, therefore I won't win, but my bikes are sexy anyway!
^pics? i like homegrown steel.
I should have an updated pic to add to this thread mid-July

nearly there. 2 wks for paint.
belt drive, I've done a few, not super keen, but doable.
That tiny chromag is sweet, I like how when the kid grows you can swap out for 20" wheels and put a RD on.
So who won? I couldn't make it down. Thursdays are a no go for me unfortunately. That 16" is sick and would have got my vote.
Fromme regulars may have seen a fillet brazed Whishart frame on the trails. Rob is kindly making me a frame to my specs which I am stoked about. I've always wanted a fillet brazed frame and getting to design it myself is a pretty big bonus (although I can't blame anyone else if it rides like shit :D ). I'll throw a few photos up as it gets built. It currently looks like this:

wow you are a ass
my trig is shit, what's the sta?
everything (else) about the design looks solid
"Nobody really gives a shit that you don't like the thing that you have no firsthand experience with." Dave
The geo is based on a 150mm fork (I may dorp it down slightly), and the STA is a fairly normal (outside of Whistler heh…) 73 degrees. I did think of going slightly steeper, but played safe in the end due to maybe running the fork a bit shorter.

Nice…
ya rob, come over for a visit. trails are fun here, although i really do miss the riding in nelson/cgar/rossland/etc. we might be back for a week in sept or oct.
here is the best this bike is going to look before some old and boring bits go on it. but i'm a sucker for a nice bold coloured frame with all black parts. it'll look good.
