Took that shot before the DB arrived. May be heavier now?
Very fun indeed.

My S-works is pretty fat compared to yours so I say who cares. lol.
Here she is. Maybe a little lighter now that she's tubeless.
XX1, XO trail brakes, Cane Creek DBAir, Easton Haven Carbon wheels, Havoc carbon bar, Lyrik up front, Spank flats. Four rides = very happy so far. Suspension got the Arthur treatment as well - which was well worth it.
Sick bike, doesn't get much better than that! Stepping back onto the trails in a big way with that beauty.
@cam:
That bike Looks dialed!
Nice red Lyrik.
Is it a travel adjust or solo air fork. How does it climb?
If you're not too busy, how about a short review?
I will test ride the 2014 Specialized lineup next month and then pick a bike.
It's a toss up between the Stumpjumper evo 26, the Enduro 26 and the Enduro 29. With a strong bias towards the smaller wheel variants as I want something completely different from my 29er regular 2011 Stumpjumper. I also will go one frame size down to a large.
Greetings Znarf
hey Cam, how about a full bike shot?
what is the Aurthor treatment?
WTF, Over?
Nice colour-matched stairs, Cam!
I broke my first TRc and got the 2013 as a replacement. Built up with a single ring 36T RaceFace narrow/wide ring and no guide. This thing is light and I can't wait to get a ride on it!
thanx for mentioning the narrow/wide chain-ring from Race Face i,ll have to get one of those ordered up

Man that TRC is such a beauty,
It looks fast, light and fun even parked.
Warranty replacements aren't a bad thing always, eh?
for the tall and maybe big in the crowd, i did throw a leg over, and rode around on gravel park trails a Norco Range in size xl. wow, what a big bike. in the best possible way. very slack as you all know, and maybe there's something with the x-fusion vengeance fork which is not 650b specific (trail/rake issues, getting into the grey area of my understanding of forks and geos) but it was remarkably sluggish and floppy at the slow speed i was riding. it was like being on an Aurum if they were really long. i would love love love to ride trail on it to get a proper feel for it. without a doubt a great bike for 2900, but the sporting gentleman would want to put another 2k into it as far as i'm concerned to lighten the wheelset and improve a number of key components. frankly, i'd rebuild the thing. the seat angle is surprisingly slack compared to its primary competition (think Enduro, Rune, and ummmm SB66? Slash?) and i do wonder how it would climb, but not one reviewer has murmured a discouraging word about that aspect.
anyways, it's on a very short list and a true lust bike for this praying mantis, based on fit and feel alone. i'm sure it would easily feel right sized for even bigger taller lads than i.
Funny thing is that the Range is a big bike but not huge. It is hardly longer than a Bronson (only 8mm longer in reach). Both are a touch smaller than I'd like but appreciably bigger bikes in this category are very hard to find.
Yeti SB66 has a long top tube. Around 25mm longer than most competitors for whatever size you're looking at.
(Which I expect to be awesome when I demo an xl with 25.9 inch top tube.)
