26.something # as best as my screwy Park scale can tell. Got a little cold last winter in my garage, now it doesn't register a last digit when weighing.

-XT 11-36t ten speed cassette
-X.9 clutch rear, XX shifter
-Cross specific XCX to play nicely with the tighter chainline of the XTR crank.
-SIXC DH bar, Turbine stem 70mm
-Reverb, Salsa clamp, Transition seat
-XX brakes, 140/180 rotors Matchmaker clamps for rear shifter and Reverb
-Ground Control 2.3 UST rear, Bontrager XR4 2.35 "tubeless ready" front. Both tubeless with some goop in.

-Ruffian lock on grips, no-name cables/housing, lotsa' little ti and alu bits sprinkled about. M540 pedals. Cheapest 10spd. SRAM chain my local shop had. (i dig the fork - begain life as a cheaply bought sektor solo air, straight steerer. picked up a supah cheap deal on a tapered csu last year, and bought the new damper after building this bike up - it deserved it. :) so it's basically a solo air revelation, but for about half what it would have cost. the tapered setup is worlds stiffer than non-tapered, since i was able to compare them back to back, on the same frame/same trails. it's not as stif as a straight steerer lyrik on another bike, but it's damn close. close enough that the pound less that the pound less weight makes it worthwhile to run for me.)
