Jealous Dave, I wanted a Jedi soooo bad but settled on the one for more all mountain type riding.
Looking forward to that build.
Clunking is for retards.

Yeah, I will second, third and fourth that!!! The Jedi would be on my very short list of DH frames if I was in the market… can't wait to see this build as it progresses. What shock are you going with?
Manitou Revox, custom shimmed for the suspension curve.

I'm trying hard to keep my CC in my wallet… must. resist.
Just waiting on some decals.
when I first looked at that bike, I thought wow, would that look awesome with the fork decals removed.
Currently ~39.5lbs
Decals will only make it heavier….seriously…
Stoked to black out!
FYP for ya…..Stickers or not, great looking build.

I know when I thought how much the dry powder coat weighed I almost cried - then I remembered my last bike was a 44lb Glory and pre-paint was scratched to hell :)
Definitely got me thinking about decal-less now, or maybe some black ones for the murked look.
New paint, fork, Zee drivetrain and bars for 2013. Just waiting on some decals. Currently ~39.5lbs with no parts I'm worried about breaking at 200+lbs kitted. Stoked to get back out!
That is a nice looking Banshee.
Changed a few things on my Voltage. Charge saddle back on, trimmed seatpost a bit so I can get it lower, added a few chain links and sorted out my gear cable. Annoyingly I can't slam my seat because the back wheel buzzes it under full compression, but it's ok in this position now. No idea of the weight, it's a bit lighter than my old Bullit so I'm guessing around 35lbs? Thinking I may eventually change out the dead feeling 4-way Swinger for some kind of air shock but can't be bothered with any of that right now.
^ Tilt your seat so it's level, then you'll be able to lower it another inch.
My new Cove Shocker frame
I will be gradually completing the build as the year progresses.
