I love both my big bike and little bike, but there is nothing quite as fun as charging a piece of trail on a DH bike.

It's not light, and it's not a 2012 but here's my Norco Shore.

Last time I weighed this thing it was 42.5lbs with 2ply tires. Probably a bit lighter now with Butcher SX tires.

Recent upgrades include a suspensionwerx shock rebuild (and shock body swap from a dhx3 to a dhx4) and offset reducers that drop the bb to just below 14" and put the head angle at 64.5 degrees according to my phone.

2011 Wilson SL, never weighed it but it is stock. Picked up over xmas but never got it out until 2 times this weekend.

But I just can't see myself on an AM bike at Whistler all season at my 230-ish lbs.

@ 230 lbs you have a point. But when I was pushing 175lbs at Whistler last season, I spent a whole week riding the Bottle Rocket and it was a blast. A hell of a different ride from a proper DH rig, but the looks I got in the lift line up pushing a 5.5" travel bike with Hayes strokers and a Marz 55 were priceless. Dirt Merchant was my second home, mainly because the chunder in the Garbo zone was a bit much for the bike and body.

I bought this sweet Knolly Podium in the off season, and I have yet to ride it. The little bike is doing great.

Anyone know of any 180mm single crown forks with a similar a2c measurement as an older Boxxer (mine seems to be 525mm which seems very short by todays standards)? Trying to find something new for my Bullit as I don't like the double crowns. Was going to go with a u-turn coil Lyrik and sacrifice 20mm of travel that I probably don't even need, but can't find many around. Kinda want the u-turn so I can also pedal it up hill easier but may be willing to sacrifice this.

I have a 180mm coil Domain 318 with all the brand new parts to convert it to 115-160mm U-turn that I would sell? I know not a Lyrik, but it has MoCo.

Makes the welding on that Dixon that was recently reviewed look like it were welded by a drunk.
