24.8# on the local shop scale, but no pic - claimer only.

mine's 25 lbs, 12 oz. Looks like I need to get my front CK/Stan's wheel installed and take of the yellow highlights to give scrublover and Cuprinol a run for their money before I put up a scale shot.

In my size (18") the Raijin is 1/2-degree slacker according to the geo chart.

I'm running a 110mm Fox 32 and a taller front tire (Specialized Purgatory 2.2 vs. Maxxis Aspen 2.1) so mine is going to be a bit slacker then the stock geo.

You'd be surprised. Big stainless steel 1/8" cog, super thick chainring, and 1/8" Wippermann track chain are super reliable and long wearing but they ain't light.

I also run it North-Shore XC with 180mm rotor, Full size front tire, and a 735mm Havoc bar.

Last I weighed her she was just under 24 pounds.

once I am done work this rig will have a 10 gear cluster strapped on her ass end. for now, sitting on top of one of the better short decents in this corner of the province. an out and back. enter your "single speeds dont work in :my location:" comments here.

what kind of chainring screws are you using? My XT cranks without a bashguard end up with the chainring being loose because the clamping thickness isn't enough. Suggestions?

assuming shimano hasn't moved to some lame proprietary bolt or new "standard", you should be able to pick up single-ring specific cr bolts and nuts at any bike shop sven - esp. the ones frequented by fixie riding hipsters. or just get/make some spacers

As Boom mentioned, I'm just running the single speed (ring) bolts on my 1x9 XT cranks. no issues.

yeah, my bins of nuts and bolts didn't produce any washers that fit. I'll try single speed ones. thx!

I had that problem (The RF bash is thin), I ground about 0.5mm off the chain ring nuts to get them perfect. You can also buy smaller sizes.
