Have you used them before? I found the platform to be slightly convex and not concave, and it gave my foot trouble clinging on to them… Just sayin'… If you like 'em, carry on. I think Dizzy Cycles had some in stock.

Ride, don't slide.

the bearing/axle assembly on the hippy killers are not the best. These are probably the best pedals for the buck right now:

For $59 retail at Summit in Whistler (less if you get a local discount), they're hard to beat in terms of value, grip, and weight. Some note some issue in pedal shape. My kids' have them and I found them quite comfortable. Durability for $59? There's a reason that Summit spec's them on all their rental fleet.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

I have had no time on them. I bought the Podiums from PointOne in the winter before I saw the Spry's.

I had a set of very similar (I would say exactly the same) pedals that weren't branded Xpedo. They didn't last long as after a few rock strikes the pins actually took chunks of the pedal body with them when they departed. Nice and light weight though! Now on some plastic HT pedals and all is still good, but it is still early days (maybe 12-15 bike park days on them).
