I like it.  I like the longer chainstays on the bigger sizes.  At 196cm I dig the availability of an xxl.  Pricing seems good(I don't know the real 'cost' in terms of global impact).

Totally ambivalent on the water bottle.  And they should have given Christopher less lines yet more Walken.

If I was bike shopping it would be on the short list.

Love just about everything except the shorter seat tube. I am running a 530mm seat tube right now and still have 280mm of seat post showing...so you take away 45mm from that, the seat post length starts getting ridiculous (325mm of seat post out of the frame). With the extreme dropped top tube of this frame that puts a TON of leverage on that seat mast...I see broken bikes in the future for the long-legged people out there like me.

Also, I hope they update the Alu version soon too...

couldn't give a whit about YT, hate their brand. but dam if that ain't a sweet looking new design.  stunning i'd say. i'm loving the geometry on paper. how do the super tall princesses feel about the XXL?  impressive length, greater stack than almost anything of similar dimensions, bolt upright seat angle and lengthened chainstays. you'd think the designers were lurking on forums everywhere.

I'm sure you don't mean me. But I like it. HTA seems almost steep given how things are going but really this is a great looking bike that hits the right notes for me.

Honestly, more excited about the video below the YT announcement on the front page.

Commencal TR 29er. 130mm travel, slack long & low, aluminum. Cheap enough to pick up as a second bike...

But yeah, glad to see YT has finally made something that's not completely ugly.

I like my 2017 Jeffsy 27 CF and the new one is an improvement in every area. I would have liked to see 0.5-1deg slacker HTA with the shorter offset fork but it's ok. I'm putting offset bushings and +10mm air shaft in my fork which will give me about 65.5 and 339mm BB for a bit more confidence on the descent...

Would really like to try the 29er CF Pro Race though.

IMO this bike likely isn’t needing a reduced offset fork. HTA isn’t slack enough.; even going down 1•.

It’s an alright bike. I guess Walken takes up the cost of no longer having Gwin.
