Crash replacement and warrenty is two different things. But props to transition for putting that up onto their site. I bet a lot of companies would do that, just not advertise it.

So, is that the main reason that you went with the Scythe? build quality vs. weight?
No but that was part of it, it also has good adjustabilty and ill also have the good support from my lbs and after all that it seemed liked i only read positive comments about it and that about did it.
