Black Friday-》I got this even though I have no bike to put it on.
Any ideas what I could use it for 💡?
I was thinking of a 26 plus setup for winter riding maybe? Anyone know how fat a 26" tire you can fit in a 34?
I was also thinking of a dirt jumpy 27.5 bike.

Yup, 15 bucks! I also got one of the 29er forks for 179. I also bought the shockwiz for 48. Crazy sale!
Damn that's crazy! I saw a few other things like that too, like 15$ Race Face/DT350 wheels and 17$ Hayes Dominion brakes but everything was sold out. It's weird because I checked when they announced the sale and the prices were not that low (Dominions were 170$). Hopefully your order passes through! It could take a few days so don't despair if it takes some time. I made an order 3 dats ago and it shipped today. Fingers crossed for you!
As for the build help, I'd go for a simple hardtail for when I just want to go for a pump track ride or a short xc loop, or just a bike you don't mind at all when something happens to it or when your friend scratches it while putting it on the bike rack!
I got an email tonight. They canceled everything except my $15 fork. They said that the items weren't in stock. Yet the leatt pants I ordered are still on their site for sale. Not sure what is happening at crc, but if they ship my $15 fox 34, I might forgive them;)

I'd sell the $15 fork for $250 and pocket the $$ for a bike project you are really passionate about. Building a bike just to use a fork you got on sale seems like a waste of $$ and time.

Probably the best advice yet. My entire order was canceled. They said that there was discrepancy between their stock and the computer inventory. I doubt this. I think there was a major screw up and all the orders got canceled.
Picked up a USWe backpack for half price thanks to this thread - I hope it arrives. Some good bargains on the site. There's a bit of a bait and switch "free canadian shipping over $150"
