Hi

My girlfriend is down to three choices for a new bike they are

1. Devinci Troy 2015 carbon
2. Pivot Mach 6 2015 carbon
3.Specialized 2016 Stumpjumper elite

looking for some help, if anyone has one of these bikes and can let us know how you like them. She has taken the Troy and Pivot out for a demo on Fromme so far

Cheers

Is she a beginner? How skilled/fit?

This. Plus, how much does she want to charge and attack the downhill?

yeah

have to agree what are her thoughts .

i own a 167 process and i get people telling me all day how it,s a park bike , truth be told it,s a very capable do it all bike . but the general public s thoughts and opinions are based on what they see and are told by others , not by their own personal first hand experiences .

I say go by colour. That's how I buy bikes now. Seriously she probably can't go wrong with most bikes on the market today.

Overall fit , colour choice and also the shop that you will have a relationship with should factor in on the choice.

All three are awesome bikes

How tall is your girl friend?
You could get a carbon fibre Pivot Mach 5.7 for $2000 or an aluminum one for $1500.
