Any leads on a precision machine shop that would be able to manufacture a set of dual crowns for a mtn bike fork?

This seems like a great project for myself to thrown time, money and energy towards.  I'm 100% serious with this as well.

What fork are we talking about?  Either way I may be able to help you out.

Looking at the Formula Nero R fork currently.  Waiting to hear more info back about it.

Redline could be just what I'm looking for

I'm a gearbox-bike nut.

Being one in the trade and taking a look at Redline , I am not sure they would even entertain a small one -off part . I know back when I was doing small batch items , it was very hard to find a shop interested in doing a small one -off or a small part run . If you are looking for ONE part how much are you looking to spend ?? Most of the shop I know that do one off,s are $150 per hr plus materials , fixturing , programming and set-up time .
