Yes they do, but they need to get sent in through an live to play dealer
I've had great experiences with Fluid Function. I read they opened up a shop in Vancouver, but I recall it was only for bike shops sending it in, no direct consumer service.

Yup- me too, the guys up there are great
Oh too bad about the Sram service center
Fluid Function is amazing. I have had my rear shocks serviced by them for years. Never had a problem. Only sent my fork a few times and I do it myself
