Blacks Cycles. i believe it's pre-production.
long travel wagon wheelers
that was a great viewing/reading. too bad the Norco Range wasn't included in the test.

oh this looks interesting
I finally saw a Wreckoning in person and it's a non-starter for me. There is zero tire clearance on the back, and that was with a wimpy tire and not a Minion DHF. No way would a wheel even turn if it saw a little bit of clay, never mind what debris stuck in the tire would do to the inside of those stays.
The mega huge headtube is also unappealing given how common NSRs are in my neck of the woods.
Oh crap. I never thought of the headtube issue with my NSR on my new bike! Not a Wreckoning, but still a big headtube. Looks like I might be bending some of those NSR prongs to make it fit.....
my wreck fits on newer nsracks, but not older ones.
Rear tire isn't great, 2.3 magic mary touches the seat tube on hard hits.

I have one of the original NSR racks that has the bikes sitting parallel to the back of the vehicle, so I might have some modifications to do.
Isnt the rear tire hitting the seat tube a slightly different issue? Still a clearance issue yes, but more of a suspension/design related problem I would have thought.
Yes it is, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

You should be able to bend the prongs on the NSR a bit to get it to fit. I first had this issue with a Demo with a big head tube and Fox 40s. The Wreck's trombone head tube causes a similar issue. I widened the forward prongs just a bit and it's all good now.
Bending prongs is great, but I can't avoid clay laden mud on my home mountain :(

2.4WT DHR II is similar in profile to the 2.3 MM right? Dang.
G16 fits fine on the 4across 1st Gen NSR4 racks. Same with my V10C and 40s.
Exchange rate + upgrade charges for other shocks made the Wreckoning a non-starter for myself.

Not usually an Ibis fan...but that's a nice looking bike. Too bad about the short seat tube...grrrrr...
