Orbea is probably the nicest production bike. Nukeproof factory is one is the best values.
You seem to be a little bit all over the map with regards to travel with that list. Surprised there was no Slash, Enduro, Pole Machine, Nicolai Saturn-11, G-13, G-15 or my personal favourite; MOJO Edition G16.
Yeah wow, the prices are best value. I have never seen one in the wild so haven't heard any feedback first hand. The YT bikes are great for direct to consumer, have a buddy who loves his. His whole fleet is YT.

I would like to try the newest version , and see how it compares to my Django. The Sentinel interests me as well just unsure of how 64deg HT will work for longer climbs
And back on the LT subject , the new Kona Process 153 29er is getting very positive reviews from those buying them , and it can be had as a frame set .

Slack HTAs work fine on climbs. The G16 is sub-63˚ and works fine even with its current 51mm offset fork

i'm surprised there isn't more Range 29ers around, or talk of them. the high spec version from 2017 is on fire sale on the Norco website. still big bucks but the same bike/build would be 10+ from any of the bling brands. super cool looking bike and colours on that model.
I think their price point was too high for the serious buyer.
Anyone ridden the new Instinct?
Just did a couple of hours on a Trek Fuel EX 29 on Seymour yesterday and it was pretty great. 140mm fork, 130mm rear 67deg HA. Pretty mind blowing, coming from a 2016 Norco Range 27.5. Strava shit the bed but it felt fast(er) on the mellower trails that I rode (Pingu/Severed/ JD) and obviously on the climbs. Those are the trails I know best on the Shore so I wanted to be fair. I'd been all gung ho for a Slash but now i'm less sure.
The bike had was a 27plus bike with 29r (carbon) wheels so had 10mm more fork up front than stock 29r and the wheels are 1/2Lb lighter than stock. I'd definitely rock it if I had to.

The want is super high for one of those, the only thing holding it back is lack of in the triangle water bottle.

Look again, pictures on their website clearly show a water bottle mounted inside the triangle.

They are a build per order so I would think there is options ,
And as already mentioned there is mounts on the bottom of the top tube. Just in front of the seat tube.

I think my next bike will be in this category. So far, I have demoed the Sentinel and Enduro 29, and both are awesome. The Sentinel is less efficient but more stable and holds better in high-speed corners than any other bike I’ve ridden, whereas the Enduro is more well-rounded and a bike I’d rather spend a whole day of pedaling on. The Sentinel maybe left me slightly more excited at the bottom of a descent, but I think the Enduro is the bike I’d rather own.
Has anyone ridden both the Range and Enduro 29ers? If you have, how do they compare?
