can the hood be tucked into the collar at all ??

Sorta. No zippers or Velcro or anything, but I roll it up and it stays put.

Hmm thanks guys, I'll hunt around for a good deal on one of the recommended ones… So many expensive things on the 'want' list lately.

okay good to know ,not a fan of hoods when riding but when not riding they are handy . and if the hood can be rolled up and rearranged so it,s not collecting water , perfect .
