I need some under the pants style knee pads... For work.

Most comfortable lowest profile kinda thing. Protection is mostly irrelevant as long as it's soft when Im turning wrenches on my knees the, the more oil resistant the better.

Know of anything comfortable when kneeling down and small enough to wear under work pants let me know.

Ha Ha! Made you look.

That ^^ will chew up the knees of yer pants, I would buy something cheap and put em on the outside. I often wear cheap knee pads I got at canuck tire under my ski pants in the BC , they are good for kneeling in the snow

nah dude those are awful, sure they make kneeling down a bit better but doing anything else gets to be so much worse that id rather kneel without them.

I've been wearing my ixs flow knee pads under my pants at work, if you're keen to use mtb pads they work

They make work pants that have removable pads now . I would consider looking into a pair of those over wearing MTB style pads day in day out.

For general everyday use, I like the Dainese Trailskin knee pads. They are ultra light and very comfy.
