it shouldn't be this hard...

I just bought the wrong padlock for my north shore rack - looking on their website I need a 1/4" shackle. What are you all using for this?

We had the barrel lock system before, but the keys were stolen from the car that was left unlocked overnight. Not sure what they are going to do with those keys - maybe I should leave the old lock out for them on the street. At least the pin was not locked onto the rack at the time.

Anyway appreciate any help and where to pick one up. Rona was pretty picked over in the padlock section today.

I got mine at canadian tire , down on Main in North Vancouver

10 bucks or less .
not a lot of selection in the 1/4 inch shackles as most are 3/8".
but they have them .

I would try Canuck tire or princess auto
