What is the toughest ISIS bb? My #1 concern is strength, #2 concern is bearing quality.

Right now I'm looking at:

FSA Platinum 68x118
FSA Platinum Pro Ti 68x118
Race Face Evolve DH 68x118

What should I get?

I don't want an aluminum spindle.

The Evolve uses a thicker spindle than the Platinum. I'd consider the Platinum DH version but I can't get it.

If your number one concern is strength, there there is no question, go with the evolve DH, and completely forget about a Ti spindle.

Yeah, looks like that's my only option. It has the same spindle thickness as the FSA platinum dh but is available in the size i need.

I ride with guys with Truvativ bb's for dh racing and don't seem to have any problems. I doubt the Evolve is a big upgrade from that. I just bought a Race Face Signature DH. We'll see how it holds up on the Balfa for the rest of the season's racing.
