^^^Yeah, please post…
I have an intense fever...
I just noticed this…holy nice red bike, K
You can all go to hell. I'll be joining you shortly and I'm bringing beer and cheetos.

He said lbs, not kgs.

Cool :rocker:
Here you go. Stoked with this bike!
both those bikes just scream "hang on you're about to have some fun"
I wonder how long before my SSI turns into a SSII……
Nice to see - one bike will be tearing up the East Coast and one the West Coast!!
I've been scouring the buy and sell ads for one. The 400lbs ti springs get snatched up quickly.
No way the 120lbs thing is going to work out. I'd be too feeble to move at that weight.
oh and for those that want the killer Ti spring sale….get your body weight down to the 100-120 lbs range then buy a bike with an unusually short stroke(sub 2.75) and the keep your eye open on Ebay for one. I also bought the wife a #250 for $25….brand new. If your of average body weight and ride a bike with a 2.75 or 3" stroke shock…..good luck.
No way the 120lbs thing is going to work out.
I'm 225lbs right now. I could probably make the 105lbs cut
I once got a good price on a Ti spring from Obtanium - try them.

Just a quick revival of this thread… This bike frickin' rips! It has all the low c of g cornering feel and stability of my dh bike, smoother suspension than my little bike (pedally 6" bike), but pumps the terrain like my little bike. Soooo much fun!
For those that said that a 6x6 bike with dh geo is all that a light weight rider would need for dh racing… I still disagree (to a point.) As long as the track wasn't too rough, chundery etc, this bike would likely be just as fast as my big bike; potentially even faster if there were pedally sections as I'm sure 35lbs is easier to pedal than 39lbs. But for the burly courses, I still want the full 8" of plushness to suck up the gnar (and my mistakes!) It looks like some freelap comparisons will have to take place before next race season!
EXACTLY..
im never gunna give up my "skill compensator"..
i too just feel more confident on a big DH weapon, on gnarl trails.. even if its more weapon then needed.
