So how much have you guys spent on your mountain bicycle, parts, accessories and lift tickets this year??

Since it's still early in the season.

$300 Shock and Fork Rebuilds
$50 for Brocard
$90 Avid Juicy 5's
$120 Repair Stand
$50 Various Bike Accessories.

Total - $610

and it's barely april :S

Lol….gross expenditures @ approx $8500-9000 for 3 bikes, a TLD, bike parts, biking clothes, etc.
net expenditures are considerably less….maybe $3200.

I don't like to keep track but for everything that I buy, I'm usually selling something that makes up part of the cost.

That's how I justify it to myself.

About $5,500 with the new bike purchase :D. And I don't justify it at all.

all investing is is a type of arbitrage, and thats not gambling. theres an element of risk and potential of profit involved, but those are broad and dont qualify somthing as gambling.

This year I have spent ~300 dollars. I just put an order in for some new stuff that will up that to a total of ~1300 for the other stuff and some new wheels, stem, post and saddle. Once I sell the wheels that are being replaced, that will drop down to ~800. Not too bad.

I spent $900 on a dj hardtail. I think im doing alright so far this year. I am going to singlespeed my ht, and probs get a new fork in the future.
