Stand infront of your bike and put the front wheel between your legs. Twist the handle bars back and forth and watch the fork flex like a mofo.

ride it.

actually, if you pull some rigid-armed stiff-backed seated tight turns in some bumpy grass, and you can feel it.

you can tell it flexes when it doesnt snap. if wa fork were 100% rigid and had no give it would snap the first time you cased a jump!!

Of course this isn't quite what the fork experiences in the REAL WORLD.

You can see it flex back and forth too by just holding the front brake and rocking. On my z1 u can see the arch go forward pretty far.

cornering hard over studder bumps is when i feel the flex the most.

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed.
This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children."
