If it's like my non-Evo Pro 2 you just need new a new axle and end-caps, they make a 10mm thru-axle, 10mm bolt-on, and 9mm quick release on top of the 12mm thru-axle. CRC usually stocks them. Pick up the Hope bearing tools while you're at it (~$15) and you can swap axles yourself in about 10 minutes.

The Evo hubs do not need a new axle for the conversion, just the QR end caps, a lot easier than the old version.
