Me too, oh well I'm confident they'll make it right.

It's raining anyway.

Mine just went in to Suspensionwerx so I'm if mine's part of the recall we will work it out. Between this and the voluntary replacement of lowers (due to porosity) and CSU (due to creaking) I'm glad I had full warranty coverage.

There's nothing better than an Orangina after cheating death with Digger.

I'm pretty sure the slash 29 frame I ordered was delayed due to this. :( Was supposed to arrive this week, now I wait till November.

I'm finding FOX to be pretty bunk now.

Too bad BOS seems to have disappeared.
I'm mildly considering attempting Rock Shox again.

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

Hmm? Which forks had issues with lowers? I missed that.

Bummed to hear about this but glad Fox is making it right. I tried a few bikes with the X2 over the summer and was really impressed. Ended up with a DHX2 coil in the end though.

My 36 FLOAT RC2 29er had its lowers replaced. Replacement lowers sent from OGC were worse. Waited for a new order of lowers to come in. The CSU still creaks. Unsure why FOX didn't just exchange for a new fork

Im a little concerned about BOS not being as available anymore. Anyone know the story? Looks like you can still get them through Universal, but not many other places. I have a Deville on my 5-Spot and love it, and was looking to get another when I make the jump to 27.5.

Damn, this also affects me. Looks like I'll be fishing for a while instead of pedaling.

Just some info on this: issues arose due to people stuffing more than the max number of volume spacers in the shock and running high pressures, in combination with some riders adding float fluid inside the can as well, which led to very high pressures during bottom out scenarios.

In short, Fox didn't design around user error on this and now have to update the Float X2.

The air canister sleeves are also rotating on the X2 shocks. Apparently the new ones have an allen screw to prevent that.

so EWS bike checks are to blame.

Because Bos are shit and seem to break prematurely.
