I've been ordering a lot from TBS lately. In Canada, so I avoid a lot of the cross border delay that seems common otherwise.

Full Shimano 12s drivetrain- no problem with stock.

Ya I just had a solid order in from TBS, they are only 30 minutes down the road from me so super close for delivery.

They don’t have the selection of most places but they are good for the consumables and drivetrain items.

Also did a full XT 12 speed upgrade kit order from TBS as finding them is hard. Fair price and stupid fast shipping, I think I ordered Saturday and it showed up Tuesday with the cheapest option (to Vancouver).

Anyone noticing brake pads are comically expensive now? Need a set of Shimano road disc and 4-pot XT finned metal for mtb, gonna cost over $100!

I used the Koolstop pads that can be sourced from Zee Germans.  If they aren't made in the same factory as Shimano's I'd be very surprised.  Can't tell the difference.

Nice, will check those out, $21ish CAD the price is right and if they have served you well in the bike park I have no doubts on performance haha.

So I'm looking on CRC at brake calipers on my laptop, stop to go eat, take out garbage, then I go to the desktop to buy and they're $21 more expensive? wtf?

My guess is that their prices are based in GBP and the CAD prices shown are estimates based on a live exchange rate.

Bought some stuff like five years ago, I believe it was shipped Royal Mail/Canada Post and same dealio as CRC/German sites, $10 brokerage fee + GST. I believe full bikes have 13% duty plus GST (but not PST? Not sure on imported bikes).
