brought my $ DH in for a new single spoke a couple years back. Went back to pick it up a couple days later. One new silver spoke the rest black. That was enough for me.

Should have least have called to see if putting a different coloured (tone?) spoke in is OK.

yep. 6k bike and one spoke doesn't match. Maybe something most wouldn't beef about but I worked hard for my bike and appreciated it more then the guy working on it did. Small details but enough to not want to bring my bike in anymore

i will be honest with you, i work on a couple of your guys bike and you will be riding on…

The big clincher for me in this whole "spoke color" thing is the lack of phone call.

I personally probably wouldn't care about the different color spoke, what I WOULD care about is the lack of communication and the fact that they made a decision on my behalf regarding my property.

Good eye! I totally missed that because I was blinded by the seatpost QR combined with the Reverb!
