What do you do with your dirty degreaser once you've cleaned your chain?
I'll be using Simply Green which is bio-degradable and the chain lube itself is also bio-degradable so is it safe to flush down the toilet?
(If so, will it leave a dirty tide mark which is gonna get me in a whole heap of trouble with the other half?)
Or should I just throw it on the grass?
Another question: does it stain block paving or concrete?
(You can probably tell I don't clean my chain much…!)

I find the stuff just evaporates away and your left with just the grease at the bottom.
Canadian Tire takes used petroleum and cleaning products.
Distill it.

It definitely kills grass. I had the yellow spot to prove it. If you dump it on the concrete, you will end up with the grease leaving behind a stain. If you don't like your neighbour, toss it over the fence. :P
